I started playing tennis seriously at age 13, I loved the game, loved competing, and loved trying to be the best I could be. By the time I was 18, I was number 2 in my region, I then went on to play for the University of Mount Olive in North Carolina for 3 years.
I started coaching my local juniors when I was around age 16 and fell in love with coaching and seeing people improve, but mostly seeing people have fun playing tennis. I obtained my level 1 coaching certificate back in the UK, and have taught numerous people of all ages, with most of my experience being in private lessons.
Having been exposed to a variety of experiences throughout my tennis career; from competing in various team and singles competitions in the UK, to competing in college tennis in the US, I have been lucky enough to learn from a variety of coaches and players. I would love to share my experiences and knowledge with people interested in tennis.
Throughout my tennis career I have had experience being involved with a variety of people; from toddlers to seniors, from beginners to world ranked pros.
Whether it be the fundamentals of tennis or the advanced principles; I can guide people on the right path and I love seeing them grow and mature as players and as people.
