JINJI TENNIS – KIDS FITNESS PROGRAM (AGES 5–13)

As part of our program, we include a dedicated fitness coach who focuses on developing strong athletic foundations for young players, enhancing movement, reaction, and overall performance.
PROGRAM OBJECTIVE
Develop the 5 key athletic skills for tennis:

Coordination
-
Balance
-
Agility
-
Speed
-
Reaction
👉 NOT strength or heavy conditioning
👉 Focus on movement quality + enjoyment
Location: Nishimachi Inter School
Days: every Saturday from 10-12, every Sunday from 14:00-16:00
All the classes are group-limited to 10 students
fee : 40,000 yen / a month ( 8 hours a month )
