WEEK 1 — TECHNICAL FOUNDATION (5 HOURS)

  • Stroke assessment (forehand/backhand)
  • Grip, stance, contact point correction

Session 2

  • Forehand development (topspin + consistency)
  • Crosscourt rally patterns

Session 3

  • Backhand stability (1H / 2H)

WEEK 3 — SERVE + NET GAME (5 HOURS)

Building weapons and finishing ability

Session 3

  • Return of serve (neutral + aggressive)

Session 4

  • Volley technique + net positioning

Session 5

  • Serve + first ball + net approach

WEEK 4 — MATCH PLAY & STRATEGY (5 HOURS)

Focus:

Applying everything into real match situations

  • Point construction (build vs finish)

Session 3

  • Situational play (serve games, return games)

Session 4

  • Practice match (coach-guided)

Session 5
