Program Concept
A short, intensive program designed to refine technique, improve consistency, and build match confidence in a structured, efficient format.

DAY 1 — TECHNICAL FOUNDATION (Baseline Control)
Focus:
- Groundstroke mechanics (forehand & backhand)
- Clean contact + consistency
Session Breakdown:
- 10 min: Dynamic warm-up + mini tennis
- 20 min: Forehand technique (stance, spacing, timing)
- 20 min: Backhand development (1H or 2H)
- 10 min: Controlled rally (crosscourt only)
Objective:
Establish repeatable, stable strokes
DAY 2 — MOVEMENT & POSITIONING
Focus:
- Footwork efficiency
- Court positioning
Session Breakdown:
- 10 min: Movement warm-up (split step, recovery steps)
- 20 min: Live ball movement drills (side-to-side + depth)
- 20 min: Directional control (cross / down-the-line)
- 10 min: Movement-based rally
Objective:
Improve court coverage and balance under pressure
DAY 3 — SERVE & RETURN SYSTEM
Focus:
- Serve fundamentals + consistency
- Return of serve basics
Session Breakdown:
- 15 min: Serve technique (toss, rhythm, contact point)
- 15 min: Serve repetition (targets + consistency)
- 15 min: Return drills (blocked return, directional control)
- 15 min: Serve + first ball pattern
Objective:
Build a reliable serve + confident return
DAY 4 — NET PLAY & POINT CONSTRUCTION
Focus:
- Volley technique
- Transition game
Session Breakdown:
- 10 min: Volley fundamentals (hands, positioning)
- 20 min: Approach + volley combinations
- 20 min: Net reaction drills (fast exchanges)
- 10 min: Transition points (baseline → net)

DAY 5 — MATCH PLAY & STRATEGY

- Applying skills in real play
- Tactical awareness
